Detailed Itinerary - 3 Nights / 4 Days Tour
On arrival at Guwahati Railway station or Airport meet our representative and start your journey towards Shillong also famous as" Scotland of East". On the way stop at Umium lake to enjoy the pristine nature of Meghalaya. In the lake you can enjoy boating on direct payment . Check-in to hotel upon arrival in shillong. Rest of the day free to explore the market on your own. Overnight at Shillong.
After early breakfast, we will leave for cherapunjee for a day tour which is famous as the wettest place on Earth. On the way and in Cheerapunjee you will be visiting Mawkadok View Point, Wakabha Falls, Noh Kali Kai Falls, Eco Park, Mawsami Cave and the famous Noh Sngithiang Falls (Seven Sister Falls) which is one of the highest waterfall in india. Evening return back to shillong and visit Elephant Falls. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, we will proceed towards the cleanest village in Asia that is Mawlynnong. Upon arrival we will go for a village tour exploring the cleanest village and then we will proceed towards the famous Living Root Bridge. Meghalaya is the only place on earth where you will find the living root bridge which symbolize the association between Man and nature. We will also be visiting balancing Rock, Sky View Point and Tree house which is one of the main attraction of mawlynnong. Evening return back to shillong and rest of the time explore the market on your own. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, start your return journey towards Guwahati, if time permits, you can visit Balaji Temple which is on the way to Airport before boarding train or flight for your return journey.
