Detailed Itinerary - 7 Nights / 8 Days Tour

The trek start from yuksom local village market toward to north direction with inside the forest or Kanchenjunga National park, and when you can stand to see the north direction then get view of white snow peak there it is your destination and called this peak are Mt. North Kabru the elevation of this peak are 7338 meter , after 2 km away from Yuksom you will enter in side of Kanchenjunga national park area and you can walk bank of Rathong river, and you will crosses on the first day trekking ,the two hanging steel bridges and after that will reach camp site and stay overnight in side of peaceful forest with the evening glittering with the sound of birds.

This day first part of trek it is gradual straight and down hill by the lush green forest reach third bridge called Prek Chu, from here the trek is mostly uphill till to Tshoka.

This day you have to walk bit a earlier then previous day this day bit a harden then other day 13 km walking and 1000 meter climb. this day the trees found little shorter than other day and you will found different varieties of rhododendron, the lunch have on the way of at phedang 3500 meter. After lunch walk two and half hours climb to Dzongri and stay overnight in coldest places.

This day will get up early morning because should be go on the Dzongri top, from the to get super view of Sikkim Himalaya, like in panoramic 180 degree view of mountain. so do not delay to go on the top because not only the view of mountain so it is important see the sunrise on the top of mountain. after reach to take view and enjoy of nature, well breathing of fresh air, and back camp be refresh and go to for breakfast, after that proceed toward to Thangsing. Thangsing it means flat land. so this places form in the bottom of the mountain. very interesting land. lunch will be at Kokchurung, after lunch continue walk to thangsing.

Do not rust this day, because it is quet near walk into the flat of land, it will take to reach 1 and half hour to reach the Lamuney camp. but above here from the Thansing there it is some view point, from this view point get awesome view of Mt. Kanchenjunga if you would like to go or not you may decide at Thangsing coordinate with the leader or with guide.and it is depend on to participant to go or not. and after breakfast proceed to Lamuney after reach camp do relax and enjoy be prepare for your main destination Goechala this is hardest part of this trek, next morning at around 3am leave from camp.

Waking up early morning like around 3. am, Cook provide you some tea biscuit porridge after having some light meal proceed toward ascending to Samiti lake after that again one and half hour ascend by uphill after finish this steep reach to the top of first Goechala or Zemathang so this place are completely formed a moraines, at here be hold and take mesmarising view of Mt. Kanchenjunga and other many peak, actually the goechala is here I,II,III but in this of 3 pass not much different, why the avoiding to go further next passes because last year of 2017 the department of wildlife decide to go band this pass the reason is that last Goechala pass is the Animal corridor specially the Snow leopard, So after enjoy and taking of picture get toward down to Lamuney via same samiti lake, relax some hour and than proceed toward down Thangsing either Kokchurung. stay overnight.

Rising up early proceed to leave as soon as possible, because from the Tshoka get some mobile phone network, so from the Kokchurung do not need to climb back Dzongri route so from the Kokchurung the route will be divert to another way to reach Phedang, by the huge rhododendron forest. after phedang get descend toward to Tshoka. Lunch will be on the way.

Trek descent again same way back till to Yuksom. Lunch will be on the near the river. after lunch continue walk down to Yuksom, be refresh and relax stay overnight.
